It tastes as it was originally meant to taste, yet surprises your palate with its individual interpretation. The roots of each dish lie in Austrian cuisine and inspire with cross-overs to Africa, Asia, Central America, and other regions.
Christoph Schuch thinks through every dish down to the smallest detail, and there are no limits to the imagination. At Vestibül, cooking is seen as a true craft; everything is made in-house, right down to the soup seasoning.
