At Restaurant Vestibül, our Viennese cuisine takes center stage.
Crafted with skill, honesty, and dedication, our cuisine celebrates meat in its finest form – shaped by tradition and uncompromising quality. We reinterpret even forgotten classics, bringing their flavors to perfection. Our meat comes from carefully selected Austrian suppliers with whom we work closely, taking a holistic approach – from schnitzel to changing offal dishes.
Game and fish complement our menu seasonally and sustainably. Vegetarian dishes are conceived as independent creations – inspired by Viennese cuisine and prepared with the same care and depth of flavor.

Head chef Christoph Schuch places the highest value on precise techniques and cooking with fresh ingredients. Every dough, every spice blend, and every stock is prepared daily by the head chef and his team with great care and dedication.
Great cuisine begins with great ingredients. That’s why we work closely with our suppliers from Vienna and the surrounding region – many of them family-run, often organic-certified businesses.
What matters to us is freshness, regional sourcing, and outstanding quality. This keeps distances short, supports local value creation – and you can taste the difference.
