Rediscover the diversity of wines

A unique location and exceptional cuisine call for an excellent wine list. Maitre/sommelier Marinko Barišić has achieved this goal by selecting around 200 wines, sparkling wines, and champagnes at the Vestibül.

He focuses primarily on smaller national and international producers whose wines are challenging to obtain, many of which can only be tasted in Vienna at the Vestibül. Sustainable production and a range of products outside the mainstream are also important to him. Although he does, of course, cater to the mainstream to some extent.

Barišić is a trend scout who uses every spare minute to discover new things, get to know them on-site, and establish good relationships with producers. Guests at the Vestibül have this combination to thank for exceptional wines that are off the beaten track. He creates wine pairings that are so finely tuned that they complement the dishes very sensitively.
