Vienna is the only capital in the world with its own vineyards – and that’s exactly what we place at the center of our wine offering. Our focus is firmly on Vienna, complemented by a fine selection from Austria’s most renowned wine regions.
Alongside wine, we offer a carefully curated selection of non-alcoholic pairings and beers, all part of the culinary experience.
Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Wiener Gemischter Satz, as well as Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch: the spotlight is on characterful wines from Vienna, Lower Austria, and Burgenland – sourced from small, dedicated wineries. A select range of international wines completes the list.
Our menu is further enhanced by exclusive in-house bottlings, including Vestibül Blanc & Rouge from Weingut Steindorfer and our Schankwein from Weingut Wieninger, bringing a piece of Viennese tradition back to life – served as an Achterl (a traditional Viennese quarter-glass of wine), just as it used to be. And to finish? Perhaps another round at the Schank.
