Great food deserves great wine — preferably with character. At the Vestibül, the focus is firmly on Austrian wines, showcasing the diversity and energy of the local wine scene. The selection highlights smaller, passionate winemakers who work with skill, care, and a strong sense of identity. Many of the wines are genuine discoveries and rarely found elsewhere.
Sustainability, respect for nature, and individual style play an important role in shaping the wine list. At the same time, well-known classics are included — because wine should be enjoyable, approachable, and uncomplicated.
The wine list is personally curated by host Veronika Doppler, who selects each wine with curiosity, close contact with the winemakers, and a keen sense for quality. The result is a living collection that continues to grow and evolve.
Wine pairings are thoughtfully matched to the menus — straightforward, balanced, and designed to highlight the flavors of each dish. The result is a relaxed yet complete dining experience that invites you to come back for more.
